The agreement between you and MiniEventCenter when you book the venue.

- Agreement. Submitting an enquiry and paying a deposit means you accept these Terms, the House Rules, and the Booking & Cancellation Policy.
- The organiser. The person named on the booking is responsible for the event, their guests, their vendors, payment, and any damage.
- Website use. Information on this site — prices, availability, photographs — is given in good faith and may change. Availability is confirmed only in writing after an enquiry.
- No online payment. This website does not process payments and never asks for card details. Any request to pay through the website itself is not legitimate; pay only through the confirmed offline channels.
- Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiniEventCenter is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal property, nor for injury arising from guests' own conduct. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Indemnity. The organiser indemnifies MiniEventCenter against claims arising from their event, their guests, or their vendors.
- Photography. MiniEventCenter may photograph the venue and its setup for its own marketing. We do not photograph identifiable guests for marketing without asking them first.
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
- Changes. These Terms may be updated. The version in force when you book is the version that applies to your booking.
