This explains what we do with the personal information you give us when you enquire about or book the venue. It follows Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect and why

1. What. Your name, phone number, email address if you give one, and the event details you send through the enquiry form or by message.
2. Why. To reply to you, prepare a quote, confirm and run your booking, and stay in touch about your event.
3. On what basis. Your consent, given when you submit the form, and the need to process it in order to provide what you asked for.

Who sees it

1. We do not sell your data.
2. It is shared only with the people needed to deliver your event, and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

1. Only as long as the booking and reasonable follow-up need, then deleted.
2. We take reasonable measures to protect it. No payment data is collected by this website at all.

Cookies & analytics

1. This site uses Vercel Analytics to count page visits and see which pages are useful. It sets no cookies and does not follow you across other websites.
2. What we see is aggregate — visit counts, pages, general country. It is not linked to your enquiry or to you personally.
3. We run no advertising trackers and no social media pixels.

Cameras on site

1. The compound is monitored by CCTV, for the safety of guests and of the property.
2. Footage is kept only as long as it is needed for security, is viewed only by the host, and is shared with others only where the law requires it.
3. It is never used for marketing, and it is not linked to your enquiry.
4. If you would like to know where the cameras cover before your event, ask us and we will tell you.

Your rights
